About the Role
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of skilled Electricians on-site, learning essential electrical skills and contributing to the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring regular travel to various data center construction sites, making each day unique and packed with learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Electricians with essential tasks, from handling tools to performing electrical tasks that require basic skills. As you gain experience, you'll take on more complex responsibilities independently.
- Complete Maintenance on electrical equipment, including testing, troubleshooting, and replacing defective parts under the supervision of a qualified Electrician.
- Participate in Installations by working on wiring, panel builds, and equipment calibration, following blueprints and technical documents.
- Learn Procedures in compliance with Quality, Health & Safety standards, ensuring safe and efficient work on high-stakes projects.

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle for site travel
- Minimum Junior Certificate with a pass in Mathematics and English; Leaving Certificate is desirable.
- Some prior electrical experience is beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of electrical codes, ability to read schematics, and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
